World App 3.0 has been redesigned from the ground up to dramatically improve its utility and enable the World Network to scale to more people, bringing together powerful new features and exciting product updates to take the World App experience to the next level. 

It all starts with Mini Apps, a new platform that enables third party apps to run right inside World App and deeply integrate anonymously with your World ID, Wallet and Contacts.

Mini Apps are everyday apps optimized for real humans. With Mini Apps, you can do things like chat with and send money to friends, top up your phone using digital assets, create and run human-only polls and play games with other verified humans in your network. 

For developers, building and launching Mini Apps is simple. Mini Apps are web apps that run a powerful, custom SDK that allows anyone to seamlessly communicate with World App. 

World App Wallet is already the third largest crypto wallet in the world, with over 150M transactions and $1.5B in transaction volume. With World App 3.0, the wallet has been re-engineered to be even more useful. 

For starters, it now supports World Chain. This means that existing transactions already taking place on World App are up to 90% faster. 

In addition, the redesigned World App wallet offers exciting new features (where available) to make it even easier to use, including:

• World Pay, which allows you to pay any person, merchant or app around the world for free in just seconds
• New ramps that enable people to deposit and withdraw funds on World App more easily
• A new Vault that allows you to earn on the assets you hold in your World App

World App 3.0 also can also now hold World ID Credentials, enabling people to optionally store information from their physical NFC-enabled passports in World App on their device then use their World ID to prove things like age, nationality and unique passport ownership without revealing their real identity.

World App 3.0 will also feature World ID Deep Face, coming this fall. With World ID Deep Face, app users can verify that they are communicating with real humans and combat the rising threat of deep fakes, whether in real-time video or chat interactions.
